Project Description
We were asked by the client to design and supply a new way of removing their castings from a die. Their existing process was potentially unsafe and could also cause damage to the casting.
After exploring a number of design iterations, we decided on an electric lead screw actuator with a full electrical control system. This included adjustable top and bottom limits and built-in flexibility for all die sizes.
